You could change it that way but only if you want to 1. put in the extra work. 2. get a profile from everybody. and 3. deal with all the extra time and energy it will take to maintain an actual profile.

Now granted it would give people a better idea of our members but the real question is how many of those sales even come from DA. I have had 2 from DA but like 15 from Etsy by its self, and 12 from eBay. I will leave it up to you since it is primarily your club.

Sorry for the lack of help had a lot going on...Including an allergic reaction that got out of hand. I will have more time now so I'll start helping out with some of the things in the club again.

You raise some fair points,

I thought it through beforehand and knew there would be some work involved setting it up and maintaining so that doesn't bother me.
The profile isn't customary any member could choose not to submit one but it is all extra exposure through the club.

The profiles will point to the members shops/websites/etsy where ever they sell. Anything that anyone currently has written in the shops section will be able to be put in the artist comments. So it isn't about selling here, just another way of advertising your shop.

i do have a habit of looking at the cons and pros of everything. alot of people refer to me as pessimistic for that anyway as long as you don't mind the extra work then that's fine with me.
